Store opening closing Procedure …
1.If the seal of the shutter of the the store remain open at the time of opening store than inform to the LPO(LOSS PREVENTION OFFICER).
2.Manager of the department of the store or any senior staff will hand over the shutter key to the security to open the shutter of the store.
3.Security needed to inform SLP or LPO after opening the shutter of the store.
Morning Duty
CPC :Seal number check before unloading
Check all the items with tripsheet,keep records of unloading start time and finish time ,load empty crates if available.Give outward STN with Crates .
Report to LPO about excess and shortage items and about poor quality and defective items
DSD items should be recorded in DSD register and give the receipt to C n D as soon possible
